What you'll be doing:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial boiler systems safely and efficiently, conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs while monitoring gauges and control systems

  • Maintain accurate logs of all operations, maintenance activities, and incidents

  • Ensure compliance with company Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Health and Safety Policies, site rules, and environmental permits

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers regarding operational concerns

  • Assist technicians and wider Process/Operations teams with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and asset-related issues

  • Help ensure energy-efficient operation of assets while minimising downtime


 

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience operating and maintaining industrial boiler systems

  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with hands-on mechanical aptitude for performing repairs and preventative maintenance

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
