What you'll be doing:
Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial boiler systems safely and efficiently, conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs while monitoring gauges and control systems
Maintain accurate logs of all operations, maintenance activities, and incidents
Ensure compliance with company Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Health and Safety Policies, site rules, and environmental permits
Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers regarding operational concerns
Assist technicians and wider Process/Operations teams with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and asset-related issues
Help ensure energy-efficient operation of assets while minimising downtime
What we're looking for:
Proven experience operating and maintaining industrial boiler systems
Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with hands-on mechanical aptitude for performing repairs and preventative maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
