Role Summary
Technician - Maintenance: Primarily responsible for pump maintenance and spare parts order processing in the daily operations of the rapid response center. Also provides on-site service support when needed.
Responsibilities
- Support DCIQ (Disassembly, Completion, and Inspection) workflows. Disassemble pumps according to disassembly work orders, relevant drawings, and work instructions. Record key disassembly steps with photos or videos. Thoroughly clean and sanitize disassembled parts. Inspect disassembled parts according to drawings and work orders. Record any defects found during disassembly and inspection. Generate a disassembly report.
- Support pump assembly workflows. Complete pump assembly according to customer-confirmed maintenance plans/contracts/assembly work instructions/assembly work orders. Strictly adhere to technical requirements during assembly. Measure and record key control points. Accurately complete assembly forms. Complete a completion report. Archive relevant reports and records as required.
- Support spare parts order execution, including but not limited to assisting with receiving, dimensional inspection, parts warehousing and packaging, and shipping.
- Provide on-site service when necessary and feasible. Primarily provide on-site guidance to customers or their designated personnel on pump disassembly and assembly. Record and report any problems found on-site. After acquiring relevant skills, be able to guide customers in start-up debugging or troubleshooting and provide solutions.
- Responsible for daily equipment inspection, simple equipment maintenance, and 6S management in the maintenance area.
- Strictly abide by the company's relevant safety regulations, conduct safety training as required, and complete safety observation forms.
Requirements
- College diploma or above,
- 3+ years of experience in the mechanical industry, strong hands-on skills,
- Good ability to read mechanical drawings, including part drawings and assembly drawings, with a basic understanding of geometric tolerances,
- Proficient in using common manual measuring tools, including vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.,
- Basic English reading ability, able to understand English annotations on drawings;
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Conscientious, responsible, hardworking, and willing to travel periodically,
- Prior experience in pump repair or on-site service is preferred,
- Proficiency in operating a conventional lathe is preferred.
