Summary
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, identify problems, and efficiently effect repairs on production equipment.
- Make electrical repairs and adjustments on production equipment.
- Initiate requisitions for materials, supplies and repair parts as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment.
- Assist and direct in the movement and installation of production equipment.
- When required work with factory service technicians either in person or telecommunicating.
- Assist other maintenance employees to achieve a common goal.
- Able to communicate job details to other team members to ensure the work is carried onto following shift.
- Works within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach.
- Completes assigned tasks with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Performs routine day-to-day activities.
- Understands how assigned duties relate to others in the team.
- May provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
- Impacts the quality of own work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to exchange straightforward information in routine situations.
- Ability to comprehend electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams, prints and schematics.
- Possess the skill to use highly accurate measuring equipment.
- Follow work instructions and complete work orders with minimal supervision.
- Possess the ability to mentor lesser skilled maintenance personnel.
Additional Information:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
- No relocation assistance.
- 3:00PM-11:30PM Monday through Friday(overtime as required).
