Experience:
Prior experience in a plant supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing experience is helpful)
Familiarity with private fleet management/transportation is helpful
Shipping & receiving
Strong customer focus orientation
Strong people management capability, including non-exempt production workforce
Demonstrated success in delivering strong employee relations
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Experience managing safety performance and programs
Understanding of supply chain practices, metrics and data analysis
Familiarity with Lean Thinking concepts and practices (5S preferred)
Being a first line operational leader from shift start to shift end

What to Expect
Site Details:
Site is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm (Occasional Saturdays and staying late as needed)
11 direct reports (6 Warehouse Operators, 1 Team Lead, 3 Forklift Drivers, and 1 Repair Operator).
