Our Plymouth, MN headquarters has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Associate! The Operations Associate will support activities related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support, and other responsibilities within the Operations department, while striving to create efficiencies with new and existing procedures.
This is a fully on-site position.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $52,000.00 to $57,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. Primary Job Functions
Mailing functions
Administration of inter-office mail and employee mailboxes
Receive, open, sort, distribute incoming mail
Prep, meter outgoing mail
Process incoming New Business to various vendors/custodians
Track, communicate, and resolve returned mail
Mass mailings as assigned
Assist remote advisors with incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain incoming check receipt log
Document Management support
Scan and index documents into document management system – Laserfiche
Conduct quality reviews to ensure meta data is applied correctly
Generate cover pages/submit documents to broker/dealer for imaging
Log, archive, and retrieve documents for the WEG records room
Document retrieval for branch offices, or audit activity
Support the document import process from CRM into document management system
Support document retention audits upon request
Generate, merge, and mail client welcome letters
Enter change of address into internal systems
Resolve data integrity issues through systems audits as assigned
Support the order receipt, fulfillment, and inventory of office supplies in a backup capacity
Other data entry, project, and administrative support as needed within Operations
Education/Skill Requirements
High School degree (or equivalent) required; post high school degree preferred
2+ years’ experience with mail shipping & receiving
Technical experience working with office technology including scanning and data entry
Strong verbal and written communication
Solid analytical skills; attention to detail
Ability to adapt to frequently-changing processes and work volumes
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and/or Laserfiche preferred
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Individual Contributor level is $50,700.00 to $71,000.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
