Supervises: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering (as assigned)

Pay Range: $25.00 – $26.50 per hour

Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor oversees daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and overall guest satisfaction. This role provides leadership and operational support while serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.


Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering

  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), handling guest issues and escalations

  • Ensure room readiness, cleanliness standards, and maintenance completion

  • Support efficient check-in/check-out operations and guest service delivery

  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to maintain workflow and efficiency

  • Monitor occupancy, staffing, and daily operations to meet business demands

  • Train, coach, and support team members across departments

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures

  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational follow-ups

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • 1+ year of hotel operations experience required

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Work Environment:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Work in guest and back-of-house areas
