Is accountable for delivery of functional specific projects, events and other operation stuff in a higher standard. Coach junior staff in operation team and to guide them in project delivery and contribute to operation excellence.

Leads planning to maximise efficient use of resources

Typical Accountabilities

  • Make sure that the functional specific projects/programs and events have delivered in a high quality.
  • Proactive prioritizes work by understanding business needs to optimize operation resources.
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
  • Contributes to longer term development and improvement of administrative policy and programme design. 
  • Coaches and mentors junior operation team members in project work  to make sure the quality.
  • Manages operation resource requirements to deliver organisational business area objectives and enable successful execution of day-to-day support delivery.
  • Provides project based administrative support.
  • Manages operation systems
  • Any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by function needs.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • University Degree
  • Expensive Professional Expertise in Area
  • Good collaboration skills; prioritization, project management skills. 

Desirable

  • Previous management experience
  • Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business
