Non flying procurement controller (M/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Non-Flying Procurement Controller (f/m) to join our Procurement Controlling team based in Toulouse, France

The jobholder will manage the controlling activities related to Non Recurring Cost in General Procurement  and Cash non flying consolidation at Procurement level.

Your challenges:

1) Consolidating General Procurement cash non flying at Airbus commercial level

• Work on the Non-Flying Procured Costs actuals and forecast in close collaboration with Controlling Procurement teams (MFOP),  the Function controllers and Finance cash team (MFB). 

• Build relationships with the various procurement teams (commodities) and gain an understanding of operational activities in order to ensure the accuracy of financial forecasts

• Organize Non flying controlling steering with key Function controllers at Airbus level in order to :

• Spend tracking vs forecast for all Function in Airbus Commercial

• Baselines & assumption packs evolution in line with OP & Forecast I/II/II process

• Validate “Non-Flying assumption pack” to create General Procurement spend landing point and corridor monitoring

• Produce accurate financial reporting analyze deviations and report them to cash and Cost by Nature teams (CBN)

2) Support the consolidation of Savings and Perfomance tracking of General Procurement

In close collaboration with the buyers of general procurement, he/she will :

• Help the implementation of Kpis to monitor the performance  General Procurement

3) Contribute to the consolidation and Reporting of Procurement NRC Resources 

He/she will also support the management and the consolidation of NRC related to resources in procurement :

• Forecast, Planning 

• Reporting consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonise and ensure consistency and compliance, incl. tools)

• Cost by nature and cost by destination circularity

• Deviation explanation and Risk &Opportunities management

• Booking, rebooking, provision requests 

• Purchase Orders : actuals & Commitments follow up

 

Your boarding pass:

• At least 2 years experience within controlling, project management and performance review or similar role 

• Finance Controlling competencies

• Financial tools knowledge and appetite for digitalization

• An attitude and approach being a true business partner

• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills

• Agility in problem solving

• English at negotiation level
