We’re looking for a talented and commercially driven individual to join our Westfield Rise team as a New Business Manager.

Key objectives
As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue across the Dutch portfolio (Westfield Mall of the Netherlands and Stadshart Amstelveen), targeting agencies, brands, retailers, and media partners such as Ocean Outdoor to create impactful, multi-channel campaigns.
As part of our high-performing Northern Europe team (UK, Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark), you will lead the sale and delivery of physical, digital, and online brand activations, underpinned by our Rise+ Data offering, driving strong brand outcomes for clients and revenue growth for the business.
This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Amstelveen, reporting to the Head of Westfield Rise (NL, SE & DK), with potential collaboration across the wider Northern European region.
What you will be doing…
Shared responsibility for the performance of the Netherlands WR Business, driving revenues according to our strategy, delivery standards, business plans and overall budget
Develop and maintain a strong brand and agency network, identify emerging and current global trends, and target relevant brand-led engaging consumer experiences
Identify new and profitable business opportunities - leverage existing assets and client base to develop a stable and long-term income platform
Research leads and maintain up-to-date with the latest client campaigns and competitor activity
Project manage targets throughout the full pipeline from identification, pitching, responding to briefs, negotiation, delivery of Westfield Rise packages and post campaign reporting.
Provide an end-to-end service to all clients with a focus on being proactive and innovative to maintain high WR standards.
Sales Performance
Establish and actively engage relationships with brands, agencies and/or tenants to create, pitch and deliver engaging campaigns, making use of Westfield Rise inventory (focusing on our Dutch assets)
Project manage clients throughout the full pipeline from identification, pitching, responding to briefs, negotiation, delivery (in collaboration with Operation Lead) and post campaign reporting
Provide an end-to-end service to all clients with a focus on being proactive and innovative to maintain high WR standards
Work with internal stakeholders such as Leasing and Centre teams to ensure a seamless client experience and unlock new revenue and opportunities. Work alongside the Northern Europe and European Westfield Rise team to secure and implement cross-border deals
Work with existing and build a network to market the Westfield audience to the industry
Media & Agency Account Management
Collaborate and maintain a strong relationship with Westfield media partner (Ocean Outdoor) to sell and deliver DOOH campaigns with data-driven performance analytics in the Netherlands
Develop and maintain a strong national and international brand and agency client network, lead and grow client relationships
Maintain up-to-date with the latest client campaigns and competitor activity
Reporting
Ensure all sales collateral, specific information and presentations are updated in line with Global guidelines and industry requirements
Ensure all income and pipeline are correctly reported through our internal report systems
Contribute to financial reporting and forecasting
Reporting and analysis of financial performance against historical trends by category to identify opportunities and address growth opportunities.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
Experience and a proven track record with or within Media and/or Brand Experience, preferably from Media or Creative Agency – min. 3 years
Relevant experience of selling and or buying Media, OOH, Brand Partnerships, Experiential or Events
Excellent sales skills and media market knowledge
Commercially minded
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proven presentation and negotiation/networking skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
