Position Introduction and Overview
The Network Relations Specialist will play a key role in architecting the day-to-day activities related to our external clinician partners and third-party vendors. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and third-party organizations by managing documentation, monitoring performance, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with operational processes.
In this role you will maintain smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and strong vendor partnerships that support overall operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Process Architecture & Workflow Optimization
Serve as a primary point of contact for third-party vendors, assisting with day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and coordination of operational needs.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, including gathering documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Coordinate the timely preparation and delivery of internal reports and data.
Audit existing operational loops to identify inefficiencies; propose and execute new solutions.
Author and maintain a library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
Clinician & Vendor Management
Manage the full lifecycle of clinician and vendor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, system access, and compliance hurdles are cleared swiftly.
Serve as the "face of operations" for our clinician network, resolving issues and facilitating clear communication between internal departments and external partners.
Ensure that the data flowing from our partners into our internal systems is accurate, timely, and actionable.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Help define the metrics that matter. Monitor clinician engagement, vendor quality, and operational throughput.
Create and distribute weekly "Health of the Network" reports, providing insights into trends, blockers, and successes.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or a startup environment
Demonstrated experience in creating a process or workflow from scratch (rather than just following an existing one)
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) or Excel
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years experience working specifically with clinicians, healthcare providers, or a 1099 contractor workforce.
Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g.,Asana).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex processes into simple instructions for clinicians.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines without losing sight of the details.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
