How you’ll make an impact:
Perform more complex repairs and preventative maintenance , including two or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting repair, in plant or office facilities with functional knowledge of all specialties, utilizing PM system
Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary for continued operation of facilities and grounds, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general plumbing
Perform a wider range of routine, which may include on-call and weekend work orders including employee moves, office set ups and changes, setup and tear down of furniture and fixtures, meetings, events, and conferences with high customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards
Inspect and report issues noticed in interior and exterior spaces, including landscape
Monitor inventory level and reorder to replenish supplies
Perform daily logging and inspection of facilities systems including production facility environmental support systems to ensure operations within specifications
Obtain quotes and initiate purchase requests for maintenance and renovation work
Perform predictive maintenance inspection of critical facilities systems to detect abnormalities for predictive maintenance action to prevent premature system failures

What you’ll need (Required):
High School Diploma and Technical Degree and/or diploma in industrial maintenance, electromechanical, electric, electronics and/or air conditioners.
4 years of experience in building maintenance processes and/or cold plant management.
Knowledge of ultrapure systems (RODI), pumping systems, air conditioning and fire detection and suppression systems.
Availability to work in Shift A (Monday to Saturday 6.00 am to 2.00 pm)

Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams.
Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner.
Ability to represent the organization to outside contacts, e.g., contractors, vendors, suppliers.
