Network Analyst

We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Network Analyst to help drive our healthcare reimbursement strategy through advanced financial modeling, data analytics, and reimbursement methodology design. Partnering closely with provider contracting teams, this role translates complex data into meaningful insights that directly support contract negotiations and key reimbursement decisions. You’ll design and implement reimbursement models that shape provider contracts, support organizational success, and contribute to broader strategic initiatives. Experience in healthcare reimbursement, provider contracting, or managed care analytics is preferred.

We are looking for a candidate who is excited about leveraging Enterprise‑AI–approved tools in their daily work to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insight generation. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, loves solving complex problems, and brings experience in healthcare reimbursement, provider contracting, managed care analytics, or a related healthcare background. A BS or BA degree is required, preferably in business, mathematics, accounting, statistics, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and present recommendations including supporting financial analysis, business analysis, advantages, disadvantages and alternatives of reimbursement methodology.
• Design and develop an implementation work plan to support reimbursement initiatives.
• Develop financial models to support business analysis of the impact of recommended reimbursement methodology on the organization.
• Development of configuration guidelines for system configuration in regards to project assignments and maintain the institutional fee schedule databases

Job Qualifications

Education

• BS or BA Degree required preferably in business, mathematics, accounting, statistics or related field

Skills\Certifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Independent, Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven priority-setting and project management skills
