Network Analyst

Make a direct impact on how healthcare providers are reimbursed. In this role, you’ll combine analytical expertise with strategic thinking to design and implement reimbursement models that shape provider contracts and influence organizational success.

As a Network Analyst, you will:

• Build financial models to support contract negotiations
• Drive data-backed decisions that affect providers and patients
• Help shape strategies that advance our mission and improve healthcare economics

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, or Business Administration
• Highly Preferred:
  • 1 year of experience in financial modeling
  • 1 year of experience in financial or business analysis
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for meaningful work

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and present recommendations including supporting financial analysis, business analysis, advantages, disadvantages and alternatives of reimbursement methodology.
• Design and develop an implementation work plan to support reimbursement initiatives.
• Develop financial models to support business analysis of the impact of recommended reimbursement methodology on the organization.
• Development of configuration guidelines for system configuration in regards to project assignments and maintain the institutional fee schedule databases

Job Qualifications

Education

• BS or BA Degree required preferably in business, mathematics, accounting, statistics or related field

Skills\Certifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Independent, Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven priority-setting and project management skills
