The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Network Administrator to manage, maintain and optimize network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and performance, addressing technical issues and implementing security measures to protect network integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Possesses and applies expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robust network infrastructure, developing diagnostic capabilities, and resolving mission-critical C2ISR Data Transport Infrastructure network challenges.
- Independently performs end-to-end infrastructure testing and connectivity verification for complex network paths, diagnosing issues across various layers (physical, data link, network).
- Conducts advanced technical diagnostic strategies to identify, analyze, and resolve moderate to complex network performance issues across global transport systems using tools like packet analyzers, SNMP, and command-line diagnostics.
- Implements proactive monitoring and predictive troubleshooting methodologies for network environments, configuring alerts and dashboards to anticipate and prevent outages.
- Supports the precise pushing out of routing configurations and coordinates changes with the DISA Operational Support Cell (OSC) and Satellite Operations (SATOPS)-ISR under guidance.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in resolving complex network problems, ensuring continuous operational effectiveness and minimal communication disruptions for C2ISR services.
- TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: EAGLEVision portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; eMASS internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
- Role Specific Tools: Microsoft Word; Excel; SharePoint; Confluence; ServiceNow; Jira; endpoint monitoring tools; basic wireless diagnostic platforms. Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$58,500 - $122,800
