Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Network and Security Lead to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-face management of 24/7/365 data center operations and the high-level troubleshooting of complex routing, switching, and firewall environments. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining maximum network uptime and delivering exceptional service through proactive infrastructure management and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage 24/7/365 data center operations, ensuring all project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics are met while delivering actionable insights through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Collaborate with Information Technology infrastructure teams, service providers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure order deliveries and escalated incidents are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) disciplines, including the rigorous management of incident, problem, and change management processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Network and Security operations within a data center environment.
Strong knowledge of layer 3 routing and layer 2 switching, including protocols such as Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and hands-on expertise with Fortinet, Cisco Nexus, and Arista hardware.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and team leadership, with a focus on troubleshooting complex security systems like Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
Mandatory certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) 1-4, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
