About The Role:

Delivers standard L2 application support and request‑driven enhancements. Executes fixes, testing, and deployments under guidance while building deeper technical and functional expertise.

What You´ll Do:

  • Monitor assigned components for availability, errors, and basic performance indicators.
  • Handle L2 service requests and incidents for standard application issues.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues related to WebForms, VB.NET code, configuration, and SQL data.
  • Perform minor code fixes, defect corrections, and configuration changes under guidance.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures as part of request fulfillment.
  • Support application deployments, patches, and hotfixes per defined procedures.
  • Validate fixes using unit and functional testing prior to production release.
  • Update runbooks, support documentation, and ticket details.
  • Assist with UAT preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Monitor logs and error messages, escalating trends appropriately.
  • Deliver small enhancements aligned with approved requirements.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Executes standard support and enhancement work
  • VB.NET, ASP.NET WebForms
  • MS SQL Server
  • PowerShell (basic or learning)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Basic JavaScript
  • Ticketing systems experience
  • Timely delivery of assigned requests
  • Low defect rates
  • Accurate documentation
  • Positive peer collaboration
  • Independent executor of standard work
  • Guided on complex or high‑risk changes

Work Environment:

  • 8x5 CST business hours
