About the Role:
Act as a key point of contact for Japanese clients, understanding their office requirements, business plans, and leasing preferences.
Support the full leasing process including client advisory, property sourcing, site inspections, negotiations, and contract execution.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Japanese corporate community in Thailand.
Prepare proposals, presentations, leasing reports, and market insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with landlords, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely deal completion.
About You:
Open for fresh graduates or candidates with experience in sales, leasing, or client-facing roles.
Japanese proficiency (ideally JLPT N2 or above) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment.
Interested in Japanese business culture and building a career in commercial real estate.
