Join Maxis as a NADI Operations Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting digital community initiatives and service delivery under the NADI programme. This role offers exposure to reporting, stakeholder coordination, data validation, and on-ground engagement activities, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective programme execution.
1. Smart Services Support
Support the implementation and coordination of Smart Services initiatives under the NADI programme.
Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
2. Reporting & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with third-party (TP) vendors to ensure timely submission of required reports.
Follow up on deliverables and support communication between stakeholders.
3. Data Verification & Validation
Verify and validate reports within the NADI eSystem (NES) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support data quality checks and proper documentation.
4. Event & On-Ground Support
Provide support for NADI physical events and activities when required.
Assist in coordination, logistics, and execution of on-ground initiatives.
5. Engagement Activities Support
Support NADI engagement initiatives aimed at community outreach and participation.
Assist in planning and execution of engagement-related activities
Depending on performance and capability, the intern may have the opportunity to support the development of proposals for new Smart Services for MCMC, gaining exposure to ideation, planning, and strategic development of digital initiatives.
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Experience or interest in event coordination and stakeholder management
Basic data analysis skills using Excel or Power BI
Good presentation and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support both desk-based and on-ground activities
Gain exposure to national-level digital and community programmes
Develop skills in coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Experience both operational and on-ground aspects of programme delivery
Work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment

Starting May, up to 6 months
