Job Description

As the North America Professional Services Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery segment of our Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) business in North America. You will manage a team with emphasis on business profitability, high delivery quality and client retention and expansion strategies with ownership of the commercial and technical success of all projects. You will collaborate with global solutions teams, sales, product management, and clients. You should excel in project monitoring and control, budget management, resource scheduling, capability assessments and enablement, delivery quality and executing plans for strategic industry solution growth.

You will work remotely from any location in the United States and report to the Regional Delivery Manager, Life Sciences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Direct client engagement, stakeholder management, and MES solution adoption and expansion planning.
  • Manage quality to ensure first time right software delivery, conforming to SDLC standards, and establishing tight controls for development and formal release process.
  • Manage existing and newly acquired accounts to ensure good business pursuits concerning profitability, scalability, and conforming to focused industry solutions.
  • Manage regional projects/ programs Indicators, shipment Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and margin, along with forecasting and managing risk.
  • Manage regional projects through project managers, coordinate with finance to ensure revenue recognition from project activities monthly.
  • Manage use of regional team and assigned Center of Excellence staff to forecast, plan, manage and calibrate resource needs based on all opportunity pipelines.
  • Lead solution and resource collaboration requirements with global and regional service manager counterparts, and Global Capability Center partners.
  • Leverage reusable solutions, implementation strategies, right first-time quality, and standardized delivery methodologies.
  • Attract, retain, develop, evaluate, motivate and lead personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the delivery team.
  • Ensure regional project teams comply with the use of standardized company project management controls: issue management, change management, quality management, financial systems, and risk management.
  • Guide use of both internal quality management systems and applicable industry-specific regulatory quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives for productivity gains.
  • Accountable to ensure that regional project managers manage the budgets for project expenditures providing a full and accurate disclosure of budget, including cost center variance reporting, forecasting and explanations of over/under expenditures.
  • Executive governance of regional project and business status including senior leadership, finance leadership, customer leadership and other internal and external stakeholders.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 2+ years management experience.
  • Experience in complex professional services execution.
  • 5+ years of experience with MES, analytics, IoT, and digital solutions.
  • Experience in the Life Science, Automotive, and Consumer Product Goods industries
  • Experience with Software Delivery Life Cycle and related software delivery tools
  • Formal experience in project management skillsets and related credentials (i.e. PMP, agile)
  • Experience performing project budget tracking, forecasting, financial reporting and allotment procedures

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $123,200 - $184,800 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
