About the Role

At Flow, we know first impressions matter — and that your first days and weeks in a new community can define your whole experience. The Move-in Experience Agent ensures every new Neighbor joining Flow has a seamless, human, and joyful onboarding into both their home and their community. This role bridges hospitality and operations, guiding each new Neighbor through every stage of their first month — from the moment they sign their lease to the day they feel truly at home. The output of this role is simple but profound: Every New Neighbor who moves into a Flow building feels caringly integrated into their community within their first 30 days. 

Moving into a Flow Community is not a transaction — it’s an experience of care, curiosity, and new connections that help every Neighbor feel a deep sense of belonging. At Flow, our Move-in Experience transforms the logistical act of moving into a curated, month-long journey of integration. We believe that in the first 30 days, our Neighbors are most open to connection, discovery, and delight — and it’s our job to meet that moment with care, organization, and intentional hospitality. The Move-in Experience Agent brings this to life. Acting as the Move-in Advocate for each and every new Neighbor, they ensure that every step — from digital onboarding to first event attendance — is guided, personal, and complete.
