Motor Control Engineer

Responsible for the motor control related SW development, control performance optimization and verification and other motor control related tasks in project.

• Responsible for the design and optimization of motor control algorithms for PMSM and ASM in NEV. 
• Responsible for software development related to motor control, including implementation of control algorithms and fault diagnosis modules. 
• Prepare technical documentation compliant with ASPICE requirements, and conduct corresponding software testing. 
• Support motor calibration and calibration data analysis & data processing.
• Refine algorithm structure and parameters through simulation and experimental testing, continuously optimizing motor control algorithms to meet performance specifications and functional requirements. 
• Collaborate with other competencies to complete software debugging and issue analysis related to motor control. 
• Support analysis and resolution of other issues during product development to ensure project delivery quality and timelines.
