As a mission manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating with the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success. You’ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. You will take the initiative to highlight areas for improvement and recommend possible solutions. You Have:
Experience in engaging with senior government and military officials
Experience in interacting with Senior Executive Service (SES)
Experience with developing strategic communications plans
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the DoD and Combatant Command environments
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC or U.S military or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC or U.S military
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, or requirements manager
Experience working in the IC
Experience with balancing competing requirements
Knowledge of INDOPACOM AOR
Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Possession of excellent written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
