Für ein Portfolio von Kaufteilen und Lieferanten bist Du eigenverantwortlich für den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess zuständig.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Warengruppenstrategien, um die kurz- und langfristige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sowie die Konsistenz aller Beschaffungsmaßnahmen für die jeweilige Warengruppe sicherzustellen.

• Umsetzung der Beschaffungsrichtlinien.

• Durchführung von Marktanalysen (Global Sourcing unter Berücksichtigung von Offsets).

• Steuerung des Sourcings (Ausschreibungen, RFP etc.) sowie des Bestell- und Vertragsmanagements.

• Beitrag zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferantenperformance.

• Identifikation und Leitung von Wertschöpfungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung von Produkt- und Serviceinnovationen.

• Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen.

• Sicherstellung des Risikomanagements.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf / Beschaffung.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch auf Verhandlungsniveau.

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

• Bereitschaft, in einem agilen Projektumfeld zu arbeiten und pragmatische Lösungen im Einklang mit den Beschaffungsprozessen zu finden.

For a portfolio of buy products/suppliers, he/she is accountable for the whole Procurement process.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies in order to ensure short and long term competitiveness, and ensure consistency on all Procurement actions for the commodity 

• Implement the Procurement policy 

• Performs market analysis (global sourcing including offsets) 

• Manages sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc...) & purchase order and contract management 

• Contributes in monitoring & improving supplier performance 

• Identifies & leads value creation project and support product /service innovation 

• Sustains long term relationships with suppliers - Ensure risk management.

Desired skills and qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within Procurement

• Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable

• Languages: German and English: Negotiation level

• very good skills in communication

• Ready to work in an agile project environment and find pragmatic solutions in line with Procurement processes
