Mid-Level Transportation Analyst

We are seeking a committed Transportation Analyst (Level 3) to join Boeing’s Global Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics Provider Management team. This role supports enterprise transportation and logistics across all business units and is critical to the supply chain health, enabling production, and meeting various stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of transportation contracts, ensuring alignment with cross-functional business initiatives, projects, and transformational activities.

  • Support Development of Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements to ensure creation of comprehensive documents to secure transportation providers that align with business requirements.

  • Extract and analyze shipment data to assess volume and transportation lanes, supporting the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for contracts.

  • Oversee the selection of bidders for RFP by reviewing technical evaluations to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Drive the execution and transition of contracts by acquiring necessary resources and facilitating integration efforts.

  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations tailored for high-level leaders, effectively communicating key messages and insights.

  • Foster enduring partnerships with transportation providers through regular performance reviews and strategic business discussions.

  • Manage transportation provider performance to plan.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and execute them to completion.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in transportation and/or supplier contract management

  • 5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations and reporting out to executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience in Domestic and International Supply Chain Logistics

  • 5+ years of experience in a role that requires complex transportation contract problem solving, analytical skills, and execution

  • 5+ years of experience interacting with carriers, business partners and customers

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and executing project schedules and plans

  • 5+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience managing transportation and/or supplier contracts

  • 5+ years of experience implementing strategic contract based on business decisions and needs.

  • 5+ years proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel functions to present and analyze data effectively.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

$92,450 - $107,750
