What You Will Do

• Support a safe, high‑quality, and well‑organized fab environment.
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) efforts and partner across functions.
• Guide the TPM team with clear expectations, thoughtful coaching, and steady support.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and resources to enable smooth daily operations.
• Build project plans and collaborate closely with global teams to meet shared goals.
• Use data to find opportunities, reduce risks, and improve work processes.

What You Bring

• Experience in wafer‑fab operations or process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well across teams.
• An approach focused on learning and interest in TPM, 6S, or structured problem‑solving.
• Ability to organize work, support team members, and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Background in global collaboration or engineering leadership.
• Familiarity with automation, digital tools, or data analytics.
• Experience supporting quality improvements or operational programs.
