Responsibility:

  • Lead area production team work with HVM team include equipment and process department members. Continuously improve equipment performance through solve process constraint and arrange PM then reduce unschedule down time. Especially, sustain constraint WSGs WPD performance for MXT. Work together to prepare capacity no matter NPI and ramp up phase to achieve output goal.

  • Lead team to work with IE to assess and audit the capacity of each workstation in the tactical timeframe, identify action plans with HVM team to increase throughput opportunities as well as mitigate risks to meet business plan goals. And also prepare for new technology.

  • To collaborate with PIE and PEE consider capable production mode to adjust constraint for yield learning (Optimize Q time, process sequency, tool life time, conversion plan)

  • Seek opportunity to improve productivty with OI team/Planning/SIC and Shift operation team on area scheduling, automation, and line management systems

The production manager who also need to develop organization training program on talent and employee .
