Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Manager eCommerce Digital Programming supports QVC and will lead the strategic development of our homepage experience and comprehensive merchandising strategy across all product categories. This role is important to driving digital transformation through optimized site-wide customer experiences, homepage conversion optimization, and cross-category merchandising programs that maximize digital sales and off-air performance.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, and NJ. Relocation assistanceis not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive homepage strategies that showcase our full product portfolio and lead maximum click-thru-rate and conversion across all categories.
  • Lead homepage optimization programs, including layout design, featured product placement, promotional content, and seasonal merchandising to ensure your best.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve Indicators related to homepage click-thru-rate, conversion, overall site engagement, average order value, and cross-category sales reach.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of homepage performance metrics, user behavior patterns, and cross-category shopping trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Oversee the strategic presentation of all product categories on the homepage, ensuring balanced representation and customer journey flows.
  • Lead A/B testing projects for homepage elements, promotional placements, and cross-category merchandising displays.
  • Use advanced analytics to evaluate homepage effectiveness, customer path analysis, and cross-category shopping patterns.
  • Foster improvement in homepage personalization, dynamic content delivery, and AI-driven product recommendations across categories.

What You'll Bring

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience eCommerce with a specific focus on homepage optimization, site-wide strategy, or cross-category merchandising.
  • You have a proficiency in using data to inform homepage strategy and cross-category performance decisions.
  • You have a few years of experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics platforms.
  • You have knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization across diverse product categories
