What You’ll Do

Support the development of design direction and provide creative input to ensure alignment with brand vision. Manage the licensed product development process in partnership with licensees from concept through production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Drive a unified global message by guiding partners to interpret and execute against a cohesive brand story, rooted in the unique DNA of each brand, to maintain consistency and integrity across all categories and markets.

What you will be working on

  • Assist in the development and organization of product assortments across categories
  • Support the team in preparing seasonal line plans, CAD reviews, and product presentations
  • Conduct competitive market research and trend analysis
  • Help track development timelines, key milestones, and sample status
  • Organize and maintain product data, materials, and documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising teams

Must Haves:

  • Currently enrolled university student.
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week.
  • Able to work onsite in our NYC office.
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
  • Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks.

Primary Location Salary Range

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18.
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22.
