Job Description Summary
This role is responsible in the daily coordination, supervision, and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems on-site. Acting as the on-ground technical representative, the role ensures all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include inspections, contractor coordination, material verification, and progress monitoring, with a focus on quality assurance, timely execution, defect-free installation, and effective communication between site teams, contractors, and the project management office.

About the Role:
- Assists in daily supervision and coordination of all MEP activities at site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Verifies installation quality, safety adherence, and workmanship during execution of MEP services.
- Coordinates with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid interface conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
- Prepares and updates daily and weekly MEP progress reports for submission to the project management team.
- Checks and verifies quantities, measurements, and material consumption for MEP-related works.
- Supports inspection, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems as per QA/QC and project requirements.
- Coordinates with contractors for site issues, work permits, and progress certifications.
- Provides technical inputs for resolving field-level challenges and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensures maintenance of documentation including checklists, inspection reports, and as-built data.
- Oversees commissioning, validation, and documentation of MEP systems to ensure operational readiness and handover compliance.

About You:
- B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, civil, and architectural interfaces, with hands-on experience in design coordination, execution supervision, and contractor management.
- Skilled in planning, procurement, quality control, testing, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with statutory and design standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management abilities with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficient in MEP software/tools and effective in communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
