Are you ready for a new challenge in our Merchandising team?:
Working alongside the company tutor, as Men Retail Merchandising Intern, you will be involved in performing activities to support the Men Global Retail Merchandising Manager in everyday activity. 

What can you learn with us?:

  • Support in extracting and formatting excel based reports using the company systems to read Region’s stock on hand, sales, Bulk Headquarter Stock.
  • Weekly Preparation of files to check shipments to regions and deliveries Recap closely collaborating with Customer service team to ensure collection is delivered on time.
  • Support the Global Retail Merchandising Manager in allocate merchandise from HQ Bulk to regions or Ecommerce and consolidate stock between Regions and Channels, based on sales performance read to ensure stock optimization.
  • Support to the preparation of presentations for Regions (Product Training Editing, Monthly Product push, Show-room Master Order guidelines during Buying sessions).
  • Support to the creation of HQ templates to share with the regions and gathering regional feedback at the end.
  • Assist during Buying sessions.
  • Manage special orders and transfer requests coming from Regions with HQ Customer Service function.
  • Check company stock to find eventual styles needed.
  • Daily communications with Regional Teams to support and answer store/client needs, stock replenishment or another local specific request.
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations when partnering with other depts and teams (Collection Merchandising & Merchandising Intelligence, VM, CRM, Retail Excellence, Marketing etc).

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

  • Degree in Economics or Fashion Management.
  • Proactive and Analytical mindset and interest for Fashion (especially Men).
  • Good knowledge of English is required to communicate with teams corporate and regions. Italian would be considered a plus.
  • Good Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Power Point especially).
  • Any previous work experience would be appreciated.
  • Organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Flexible and easy in working in a fast-changing environment.
