Plan and coordinate stock transfers across the network in collaboration with production sites and Supply Planning teams to ensure operational efficiency
Manage production planning decisions with third-party contractors, ensuring alignment with distribution and production plans in line with the broader S&OP process
Ensure accurate planning and management of bulk liquid supply, wet materials, and ingredients to meet production requirements
Analyse inventory and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data to optimise stock levels, reduce aged and obsolete materials, ensure orders are placed on time, and proactively communicate supply risks to stakeholders
Experience / Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in materials planning, supply analytics or related broader consumer goods supply chain roles or similar industries such as heavy industries, pharmaceuticals or medical devices
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience using SAP (ECC required; S/4HANA exposure advantageous)
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) accuracy and supplier facing planning activities in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve stock outages, delivery delays and planning issues proactively
An adaptable, growth-oriented mindset with comfort working in less‑structured environments and with a strong motivation to drive continuous improvement projects across planning.
