Job Description

Supervises 3PL and ensures that 3PL adheres to the agreements and SLA in the contract which includes but not limited to Goods receiving, transfer, issuance and return.

The role is responsible for the supervision of the bulk device operations of traded items, ensuring that 3PL warehouse partner, Vendor, and/or Accredited Service Center partners adhere to the agreement and SLA in the contract, which includes, but is not limited to, the following :

  • Oversees the 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring on-time processing and system posting of incoming and outgoing inventories, job orders, and material requests, and value-added services are promptly and correctly executed.

  • Handles and finds solutions for logistics disruptions, shipping delays, and inventory issues, aging, and provision.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with quality standards. 

  • Proactively addresses and resolves all performance and escalation issues of Vendor and Accredited Service Centers 

  • Reviews key area processes with 3PL or different business groups and recommends solutions that are aimed at achieving work progress, effective inventory management, and sustain high level of customer satisfaction and retention 

  • Processes warehouse and/or vendor invoices and acts as the budget comptroller of the team to ensure accuracy and timely posting of payments to 3PL and other vendor partners.

  • Proficient in Excel and capable of providing relevant warehouse reports and analysis to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures

  • Must possess a “customer first” mindset to immediately address warehouse concerns or after-sales issues.

  • Expert at cultivating high-trust partnerships with internal stakeholders and external clients through transparent communication and a collaborative approach to problem-solving 

  • Skilled at facilitating meetings, implementing strategic recommendations, and de-escalating customer concerns

  • Willing to perform cycle counts, spot checks, and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels

  • Eager to learn and perceives every challenge as an opportunity

  • Ability to remain productive, focused, and calm during high-stakes, fast-paced, or emergencies

  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, with 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, is an advantage
