The Material Planning Process Leader will be responsible for leading process improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position will report to the SP&S MPS COE Leader.

Partner with the best

As a Material Planning Process Leader, you will be responsible for leading process improvement, you will engage subject matter experts to define and implement Material Planning and Scheduling processes, driving best practice across sites / product lines.

As Material Planning Process Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing existing processes to identify key improvement areas.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts to define and implement MPS processes in alignment with system use – mainly Oracle Pascal and Primavera P6.
  • Leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement, applying best practice and consistency across multiple sites / product lines.
  • Interacting with key stakeholders to support new process implementation and drive decision making.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor / Master's degree in Supply Chain or relevant experience.
  • Bring experience in material planning and scheduling, ideally in the oil and gas industry or a related large-scale mechanical manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in use of the Primavera P6 planning tool.
  • Demonstrate understanding of an ERP system.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Execute tasks with tactical focus and urgency.
  • Demonstrate professional characteristics and industry knowledge.
  • Have high energy and motivation to deliver and drive change.
  • Have strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
