Responsibilities:

  • Verify quantities and product numbers against the Sales Order/Fulfillment Order
  • Properly handle, pack and ship fragile materials by air and ground
  • Weigh all cartons/packages and record this information on the package and/or waybill, as required
  • Verify freight waybills against shipping instructions provided on the Fulfillment Order
  • Assist with warehouse and inbound receiving workload
  • Maintain conformance with Company’s regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Always maintain good housekeeping and exercise safe work practices
  • Utilize electronic system to identify and track items
  • Utilizes and abides by ISO9001 Inventory Management System and Safety procedures
  • Complies with all safety and quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions
  • Assist any and all departments in satisfying our customers while pursuing on-time delivery of high quality products
  • Assist in upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and work area

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in SAP (Preferred)
  • Previous experience with UPS World-Ship
  • Experience with international shipments
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to relate well with others
  • Have advanced knowledge in use of Inventory control.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities sufficient to be an effective problem solver.
  • Demonstrated inter-personal skills to be effective team member.
  • ISO9001 Inventory Management System procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.  Experience with Project Management or Access is a plus.
