General Responsibilities :
1. Prepare the production code and control the production code
2. Prepare all the necessary packaging for production
3. Receive packaging material from operator packaging and ingredient in accordance with the demand of Production Supervisor
4. Records the number of used and broken packaging in production
5. Control and record the production amount of each batch
6. Check and record the scales of each batch of production
7. Implement personal hygiene in accordance with the existing tertip in marsho plant
8. Doing maintenance for Ink Jet Print machine, inserter bag, top seal, carton sealer, filler.
9. Implement work discipline and implementation of health and safety
10. Perform tasks in accordance with WI
11. Create packaging material report for production administration
12. Create Status / ID palette for Finish Good to be submitted to GBJ Section
13. Handover Finish Good with a Foreman / Kashift fork to the GBJ section.
14. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
15. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
16. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment of work (equipment) and cleanliness of environment (environment) at work location.
