Why this role?
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience to support and execute our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of B2B marketing, enjoys working across channels, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with business lines, support functions and leadership teams to help drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
What will you be doing?
Customer marketing
- Contributes to planning, development, and execution of customer marketing campaigns/activities at global customer marketing team to create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by developing, planning, and executing customer marketing activities for different market and customer segments.
- Create and manage marketing content such as case studies, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Uses different marketing tactics, activities, tools and channels for effective customer marketing communication.
- Develops and executes customer marketing materials, tools, campaigns, and other marketing activities across all channels based on customer insights and customer journeys according to the Marketing Strategy Plan and agreed activities.
- Follows up marketing activities with result driven mindset and regularly provides information and feedback about the learning, results as well as analysis.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support positioning and messaging.
- Supports in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies and with internal stakeholders.
- Applies existing global processes, channels, and tools when applicable.
- Participate as marketing experts in brand, event, product and experience areas as per needs.
Brand experience and events
- Supports in development of brand strategy work
- Contributes to development of solution/product tools and assets to enable the brand to be brought to life in a consistent and engaging manner globally
- Contributes to building a brand mindset and engagement internally
- Supports in delivering engaging brand experiences through events, showrooms, and office environments as well as producing related updates, guidelines, and training
- Supports in development and formulation of KONE event strategy
- Supports in planning, managing, and coordinating the execution of physical and virtual events
- Contributes to continuous development of the events and sharing learnings
- Provides support and subject matter expertise on events for stakeholders internally.
- Supports in managing timelines, invoicing, and reporting of activities
Digital Marketing
- Contributes to planning, development, and execution of digital marketing activities to create lead generation, support sales and increase customer loyalty by developing, planning, and executing digital marketing activities for different market and customer segments.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Support website updates & SEO activities, working with internal teams or agencies as needed
- Uses different marketing tactics, activities, tools and channels for effective digital marketing and channel management.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
- Develops and executes digital marketing materials, tools, campaigns, according to the Marketing Strategy Plan and agreed activities.
- Follows up marketing activities with result driven mindset and regularly provides information and feedback about the learning, results as well as analysis.
- Applies existing global processes, channels, and tools when applicable.
Are you the one?
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in areas such as B2B marketing, marketing consultancy or advertising, brand management/building
- Experience in marketing execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing, paid media basics)
- Experience working with CRM and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- Commercial mindset, strong visual eye, and appreciation for creative excellence
- Ability to influence and negotiate, collaborate and co-create, and contribute to teamwork in multicultural environments
- Excellent coordination skills, including ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, take charge of issues and follow through to resolution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability for conceptual and creative thinking.
