Job Description
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional/institutional materials across different channels (digital and offline).
Provide support for communication and internal marketing initiatives (digital and offline).
Assist with digital strategies such as email marketing, event journeys, corporate website, and multichannel strategies.
Support the organization of marketing and Sales Force (SF) events.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, leads, and conversion.
Perform metric analysis and create periodic reports with results evaluation.
Contribute to SF training and act as a communication link between the field and headquarters.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress).
General knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry marketing practices as well as overall marketing concepts.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media, CRM).
Analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation.
Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and project coordination ability.
Intermediate to Advanced English.
