We offer 2400 - 2800 gross EUR salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up 5040-5880 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy for the Smartphones category, aligned with HQ direction, to support sales, market share, and brand objectives.

  • Lead flagship and hero product storytelling across all communication channels.

  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to identify new communication opportunities.

  • Execute campaigns of new product launches: launch calendars, communication assets, media plans, alignment across ATL and BTL activities, and go-live readiness.

  • Build integrated communication plans across key channels (ATL/BTL media, BTL events, Channel Partners), defining channel roles, target audiences, messaging hierarchy, and key deliverables.

  • Prepare communication briefs and execution guidelines for all stakeholders and agencies, ensuring consistent use of product claims, clear CTAs, and brand compliance.

  • Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensure effective allocation by media channels and tactics.

  • Measure and report on communication performance, providing launch‑day updates, performance reports, and post‑campaign learnings.

  • Plan and deliver promotional and service campaigns (e.g., cashback, bundles, special services): visuals preparation, webpage updates, media plans, and reporting.

  • Support channel partners with communication assets and ensure strong in-store and online execution aligned with Samsung guidelines.

  • Manage relationships with creative, media, and production agencies to ensure high-quality and timely campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Retail, E‑commerce/DTC, PR, Social, CRM, Customer Service) to ensure marketing communication strategies and activities are aligned with overall corporate objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Key Competencies/Characteristics:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing communication project management, specifically handling large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from briefing to delivery.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate global marketing goals into sharp, effective local Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex, overlapping launch timelines.
  • Media Expertise: Strong understanding of the modern media landscape, including digital performance, social media trends, and traditional ATL planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and write clear, concise management reports.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under high pressure, maintain speed during flagship launches, and pivot strategies quickly when market conditions change.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; a strong team player who can lead cross-functional streams.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Latvian (Russian language skills will be considered an advantage).
