What you'll do:
Position Overview:
The Marketing Partnership Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the mortgage industry. This position involves identifying and securing new partners, negotiating contracts, using data to inform decisions, and collaborating with internal departments to measure partner success.
Develop and implement strategies to identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with lead generation companies and platforms.
Negotiate terms and contracts with lead vendors to optimize lead quality and cost effectiveness.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on performance and insights. Use data to refine lead acquisition strategies and improve ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive lead acquisition. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance
Ensure that all lead generation activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation and partnership marketing.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or lead generation, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $71,000-$92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
