Job Description

MBK Real Estate is adding a Corporate Marketing Manager to support our Senior Living team. The position will be hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in our Irvine, CA headquarters.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of senior living communities. This position works in close partnership with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified leads, elevate brand positioning, and improve conversion performance.

The role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and events. The Marketing Manager oversees agency partners, evaluates performance data, and continuously refines marketing strategy to maximize results. Serving as both a strategic partner and hands-on execution lead, this role balances high-level planning with day-to-day campaign management to ensure marketing initiatives are impactful, aligned, and effectively delivered.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to transform insights into actionable marketing strategies that directly support business objectives and long-term growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Business Partnership
    • Partner with Regional Directors of Sales and community teams to develop marketing strategies that support occupancy and revenue goals.
    • Align marketing initiatives with broader company objectives and community-specific needs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Campaign Management & Execution
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and events.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance across multiple communities.
    • Ensure all campaigns reinforce brand positioning and contribute to long-term brand awareness and recognition, not just short-term lead generation.
  • Digital Marketing & Agency Management
    • Serve as primary liaison with digital marketing agencies and partners.
    • Oversee website content, updates, and overall online presence.
    • Ensure alignment between campaign strategy, landing pages, and ad performance.
  • CRM, Email & Lead Management
    • Partner with Sales to develop and deploy targeted email campaigns.
    • Manage audience segmentation and list pulls within CRM systems (Welcome Home, HubSpot).
    • Support lead flow optimization and data integrity across systems.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization
    • Track and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates, ROI).
    • Develop and present regular reports and insights to leadership.
    • Use data to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and improve results.
  • Brand & Content Management
    • Drive brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with MBK’s voice, positioning, and visual identity.
    • Support initiatives that increase brand awareness and recognition across key markets and audiences.
    • Translate brand strategy into compelling, locally relevant marketing that resonates with both prospects and their families.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure all materials reflect a cohesive, high-quality brand experience.

Education and Licenses/Certifications Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or the equivalent combination of work experience preferred.

Experience Requirements (in years):

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience in multi-location, healthcare, senior living, real estate, or services-based industries preferred.

Required Competencies: 

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, channels, and platforms, including digital advertising, website management (CMS), social media, print production process, and direct mail.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to apply brand strategy consistently across diverse channels and audiences
  • Proven experience with data reporting, analysis tools, and CRMs (Google Analytics).
  • Proficient in PC use with solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite; Welcome Home Software, HubSpot, and WordPress experience is a plus.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and valid insurance, or reliable method of transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to read, write, and speak English, confident in presenting in public and to small groups.
  • Ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, and guests.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make effective decisions in all circumstances, including stressful situations.
  • Highly organized with strong project management, planning, multitasking, creativity, and analytical skills; able to always present a positive and professional image.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, pulling, reaching overhead, and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the year to communities.
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and between departments.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push up to 20 pounds, as necessary.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000
