The Marketing Operations Specialist will coordinate communications, campaigns, automations, and system-integration projects that support business development representatives, online chat agents, and commercial teams across Latin America. This role helps enhance the customer experience, increase engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Marketing Lead Activation Specialist, you will: 

  • Manage the BDR campaign calendar and support inbound and outbound marketing activities across LATAM markets.
  • Write professional, personalized emails, scripts, sequences, and customer-facing communications in English and Portuguese to support campaign, BDR, and lead activation efforts.
  • Own and execute lead activation programs that move prospects from initial engagement to qualified sales follow-up across inbound, outbound, event, webinar, content, chat, and AI-agent-driven lead sources.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, BDR, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure leads are properly segmented, prioritized, scored, routed, nurtured, sequenced, and followed up on.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize activation workflows and marketing automation programs across platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Eloqua, chat, CRM, and other third-party systems.
  • Manage AI agent lead activation programs, including reviewing, triaging, routing, sequencing, and monitoring AI-agent-generated or AI-agent-supported leads to improve qualification, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Project manage cross-functional system integrations and operational initiatives, including timelines, requirements, testing, stakeholder updates, vendor coordination, launch readiness, documentation, and change management.
  • Analyze program, sequence, lead activation, AI-agent, and campaign performance, including response rates, follow-up speed, conversion rates, pipeline influence, ROI, and data quality, and recommend improvements to messaging, workflows, routing logic, and handoff points.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Marketing Lead Activation Specialist if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Technology, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience writing professional communications, including emails, scripts, campaign messaging, and customer-facing content, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience supporting LATAM markets or working with regional stakeholders across Latin America, including marketing, sales, BDR, operations, or customer engagement teams.
  • Proven experience supporting successful marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, lead activation initiatives, or customer engagement communications.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, or related platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Eloqua, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, system integrations, workflow implementations, platform updates, or marketing operations initiatives, including requirements gathering, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, testing, and launch support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot process, data, workflow, and system issues while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who is detail-oriented, highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work effectively with vendors, third-party platforms, internal technology teams, and regional stakeholders.
