Your New Role...
In this Marketing role you are part of the local Benelux Marketing team based in Amsterdam. Key responsibility is to fully support the WBD marketing department with the focus on Sports (networks and streaming). Involving development, planning, execution, and administration of consumer marketing activities. You will work closely with the whole marketing team and support the marketing campaigns and be the first point of contact for all barters, invoice, and finance questions.
As sports is one of the priorities in our portfolio, in this role there is an extra effort embedded to help and focus on the sports campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing specialist on sports (Eurosport and HBO Max) and the sports team in Hilversum.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Full focus on Olympics campaign, daily asset delivery, and execution (February 2026).
Plan and oversee multimedia content across social media, broadcast, streaming and more.
Manage, plan, and execute all sports campaigns on- and offline, including asset requests/ approval and daily tasks.
Execute and contact with partners to execute Brand partnerships and sports federations.
Weekly/ daily tasks like promo checks, asset delivery, copy and translation checks HBO Max assets.
Support with all sports asset requests and billboard delivery from the Ad Sales and Affiliate teams.
Support the Marketing team with creating PO’ s, finance, and administrative tasks.
First point of contact for all barter parties, responsible for all contracts, publishers’ requests, and the inbox.
Qualifications and Experience...
Solid experience in Marketing within a similar role within the Media and/or Entertainment industry.
Digital and Social marketing experience.
Passion for sports and understanding of fan culture/ sports ecosystems (teams, leagues, unions).
Enthusiastic team player.
Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent Dutch.
