Marketing & Event Internship

As a Marketing intern with us, you'll thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, supporting innovation and digital transformation within the Marketing and sales team in the THV division. 

Location: Valencia, Spain 

Duration: 6 months, 30-40hours/week 

Start: February 2025

How you will make an impact: 

  • Coordinate and support documentation related to marketing campaigns and sales activities.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Support event planning and logistics for marketing initiatives, including congresses, workshops, and customer meetings.

  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking for marketing and sales projects.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and account information.

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.

  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up actions.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.

What you’ll need: 
  • Enrolled University student bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or equivalent field in your last year of the degree. 

  • Experience and interest in Marketing and Events organization.

  • Ability to work in a team environment, including remote collaboration. 

  • High level of English and Spanish (written and verbal). 

  • Communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Adaptability and willingness to work on both creative and administrative tasks.
