JOB TITLE: Marketing & Digital Media Lead 12 Month FTC/ Secondment

LOCATIONS: Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man

SALARY: Jersey/ Guernsey (£51,777 to £57,530), Isle of Man (£47,790 to £53,100)

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites

About the Role

In the Client & Products team, we are transforming the way we work but also driving the right client outcomes and growth across our fast-growing Crown Dependencies business.

This 12 month fixed term/ secondment role starting from mid April, will be focused on delivering our marketing aspirations - managing the delivery of our marketing plans across all channels from websites to events, with alignment to our Crown Dependencies strategy. You’ll be working in collaboration with our Crown Dependencies Client and Product teams across commercial, retail, and international banking, leveraging LBG capability to enhance our strategy and marketing capability.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, pro-active and detail orientated, that enjoys working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You will demonstrate good judgement plus excellent external market knowledge, relationship building, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop compelling marketing strategies grounded in customer insight and findings from current activity.

  • Relationship Management: Effectively manage key relationships, fully understanding their performance and targets, and aligning strategies to achieve mutual objectives.

  • Project Delivery: Deliver activities on time, within budget, and with the appropriate risk and legal approvals in a complex regulatory environment.

  • Performance Culture: Become a key part of the performance marketing culture, driving continual change to achieve customer engagement and digital conversion.

  • Wider Team Support: Supporting the wider Client and Product team in delivering new products and propositions to the market.

  • Influencing Skills: Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, coupled with the confidence and creativity to communicate to a range of audiences including senior executives.

  • Social media: Experience in creating engaging social media content tailored to different audiences and growing organic social media followers.

  • Data-Driven Marketing: Expert in data-driven marketing, highly numerate, skilled in interpreting performance data and making budget recommendations.

  • Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence colleagues and external partners.

  • Time Management: Pragmatic, collaborative, and proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership and exercise good judgement, and work at pace with a prudent approach to risk. Effective prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
