What You’ll Be Doing:

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with members of the Marketing team, using excellent writing, technology, and research skills to execute proposals and a range of other marketing activities. Specific responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop, edit, and maintain technical staff resumes and bios using SGH Style Guide standards; design layouts in Word and InDesign; and collaborate with Marketing to tailor resumes for specific pursuits.
  • Support proposal efforts by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to writing, editing, and proofreading content; conducting research; and formatting documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Track, manage, and process annual prequalification applications to maintain compliance with public and private clients.
  • Generate and distribute project leads, using an understanding of SGH services and markets to maximize results.
  • Collect, input, and maintain information in Deltek Vision database and shared folders.
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team and technical staff to write technical and promotional content, including but not limited to project profiles, technical articles, social media posts, and website content; follow appropriate processes and document approvals.
  • Support Marketing team with various administrative and data collection tasks.
  • Help administer the SGH company store.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • BA/BS (minimum) in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional writing, oral communication, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task using exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Experience working in team environments as well as independently.
  • High acuity for marketing technology systems, including lead generation and market research tools.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, organizational skills, time management, and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, which may be necessary during times of heavy volume.

Compensation:

The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and work location.

Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGH’s Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.

Operations Role:
$72,800$74,880 USD
