The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Campaigns Manager Lead. In this role you will lead the creation, facilitation and / or execution of highly complex and/or critical marketing campaigns/projects across multiple channels including - but not limited to - media, direct, sponsorships and digital. Responsible for one or more of the following areas: ongoing management of agency resources; creating, managing and/or executing campaigns; and/or managing budgets. Collaborate and develop partnerships with various internal and external resources to develop and deliver marketing communications for one or more of the following: go-to-market plans; integrated tactical plans; project plans, milestone schedules; and/or creative strategy.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in the following location: San Antonio TX

What you'll do:
- Leads the development and oversees overall project management of multiple, highly complex and/or critical marketing campaigns and plans.
- Effectively directs Agency to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
- Leads, coordinates and gains alignment with peers, enterprise partners and senior management.
- Oversees communication of program, project and /or campaign through various reports/tool as required.
- Serves as the primary resource for cross functional team members on high priority matters of a unique nature.
- Applies expert knowledge of marketing principles.
- Identifies opportunities and drives to optimize performance against marketing objectives.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 8 or more years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: direct response, sponsorships/events marketing, advertising, sales, communications, digital or overall campaign management.
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of marketing industry and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in influencing business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading, influencing, motivating and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Mastery of Production Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to expertly lead and manage all facets of the production lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results across all relevant channels, with emphasis on broadcast TV and OLV.
- Expertise in Project Oversight: Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering exceptional results; highly organized project manager, able to seamlessly manage multiple concurrent productions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly Proficient in Strategic Timeline Development & Execution: Adept at developing realistic and efficient project timelines, proactively mitigating potential delays, and consistently delivering projects on schedule.
- Advanced Budget Management Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in creating, managing, and reporting on complex project budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Exceptional Vendor & Partnership Management: A proven track record of strategically sourcing, negotiating with, and managing diverse vendors and production partners, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring optimal value.
- Talent Management & Contract Negotiation Expertise: Expertise in talent casting and management, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of SAG and Non-SAG contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated Leadership in Mentoring & Talent Development: A passion for fostering growth, demonstrated through effective mentoring and coaching of producers, editors, etc., elevating team performance and cultivating future leaders.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration Skills: An exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate vision, align teams, and drive projects forward.
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $114,080- $218,030.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
