Manhattan Associates’ EMEA Marketing Team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support field marketing activity across the Benelux region. Reporting to the EMEA Field Marketing Director, you will partner closely with local Business Development and Sales teams to execute digital and field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and early-stage pipeline across our key industry verticals.
This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across digital marketing, campaigns, events, and field marketing operations — all within a global technology company shaping the future of supply chain and unified commerce. Native Dutch speaker ( or C2 Level) with fluent English
Key Responsibilities
:
Coordinate and launch integrated marketing campaigns
Support the development and execution of a few account-based marketing initiatives
Assist with website content updates and CMS operations
Help deliver advertising, media, and social media campaigns
Support the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of regional events and field activations
Analyse campaign performance and help report on contribution to pipeline
Build a solid understanding of Manhattan’s solutions and apply market insights to support campaign execution
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in a B2B marketing role
Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership once direction is established
Curious mindset with the confidence to ask questions, share ideas, and try new approaches
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Results-driven: able to track performance, interpret data, and draw actionable insights
Ability to work effectively with a busy sales and marketing organisation and manage multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with Salesforce, CMS platforms (Bynder, Optimizely), and marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Demandbase is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Experience with enterprise cloud-based software or supply chain solutions is a plus but not required
