Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the Fuselage Assembly Center team in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Analyzes and interprets data

  • Provides feedback on assessment results

  •  Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  •  Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):  

  • 1 + years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 1 + years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • 1 + years of experience in Data Analysis

  • 1 + years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Lean certification (Accelerated Improvement Workshop, Six Sigma, 3P)

  • 1 + years of experience with Project Management

  • 1 + years of experience with Boeing Production Systems/Lean

  • 1 + years of experience working in a production environment
