The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Boeing Production Systems Compliance team located in Everett, Washington.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Associate and Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst.
In this role, you will collaborate and present to our Senior Leadership team. Implement strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive edge and long-term resilience. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in evaluating processes, interpreting data, and developing actionable plans that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in the Fabrication Boeing Production System.
Position Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong Continuous Improvement mindset to improve existing conditions and processes by using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Effectively plan and organize critical BPS related events and involve all relevant stakeholders
Ability to meet deadlines and expectations
Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures Analyzes and interprets data
Ability to work as a member of a team and work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans under general direction
Understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities
Demonstrate the use of information gathering techniques and analyze skills to integrate and simplify complex processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience in performing data analysis
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
1+ years of experience with Project Management
1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems
1+ year of Boeing Production System (BPS) or LEAN Production System

Summary Pay Range:
Associate (Level 2): $76,000 - $102,000
Experienced (Level 3): $92,000 - $124,000
