Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professionals to ensure that the financial operations activities meet established targets and standards
Lead the financial reporting and communication of business results, including identifying business and macroeconomic drivers
Lead a global finance team that provides valuable financial guidance and analysis to the Manufacturing Leadership team
Business partner to deliver on the Growth, Working Capital, Profitability, and maximize Cost Variability in all businesses at MPM.
Owns overall process rigor to drive execution of key financial metrics
Ensure consistency and visibility to identify opportunities for operational excellence
Drive productivity benefits for the company, focusing on plant costs, efficiencies, and loading of assets
Be visible and a strong voice around safety and compliance across all sites
Drive rigor on CAPEX investments and stated benefits supporting regular rhythms on “Say/Do”
Develop and maintain robust, consistent, and compliant financial processes
Engage withthe Finance leadership team to develop, analyze, and deliver annual 5 Year models
Provide strategic input and recommendations around transformation opportunities
Lead global aligned data improvement and accuracy while ensuring alignment with Digital strategies, including M-ERP, MES, and other digital tools
Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal Momentive financial policies.
Financial Ownership of the Following:
10 manufacturing sites between the Americas & Europe
~$400MM of incurred costs
~$100MM of annual logistics spend
~$60MM of CAPEX spend annually (Ops + Growth)
This role will require global travel of up to 20%.
The following are required for the role
10+ years of progressive finance experience
Critical thinking and strategic mindset
Strong Influencing and leadership skills
Presentation Skills (Oral and Written / PPT)
Experience working in a global environment
Prior roles leading, mentoring, and guiding global teams
Ability to work with a multicultural team in different time zones
BA/BS degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
The following are preferred for the role
Advanced degrees, certification, or equivalent training
Experience in SAP
